about

Welcome to the Edgelands, a place where the city and the countryside melt into one another. You know these places, at the periphery of urban dominance; old factories overtaken by swarms of green foliage, bricks lying in the dirt, forgotten streams flowing past broken glass. I spent my childhood in the edgelands; this album conjures these spectral places using field recordings gathered across Europe.
